2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates or quotes provided by Garden Pro Sprinklers & Lawn Care are based on the information available at the time of estimation. Prices may vary based on changes in scope, unforeseen circumstances, or additional services requested. Any changes to the initial estimate will be communicated and must be approved by you before proceeding.

3. Payments

- Payment Terms: Payments for services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept INTERAC E-Transfers, Credit Cards, and Cash Payment.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received within 3 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 10% may be applied. Continued late payment may result in the suspension of services.
- Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required before work begins. This deposit will be outlined in the service agreement or work order.

4. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel or reschedule services and any applicable fees.

5. Service Satisfaction

Garden Pro Sprinklers & Lawn Care is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 3 days of service completion, and we will work to address your concerns.

6. Liability

– Property Damage: While we take great care in our work, Garden Pro Sprinklers & Lawn Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage or the condition of your property. Any damages caused directly by our services will be assessed and addressed in a fair and reasonable manner.
– Weather Conditions: Certain services may be impacted by weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or delay services if we determine that weather conditions may negatively affect the outcome or safety of the work.
– Limited Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Garden Pro Sprinklers & Lawn Care’s liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
